He has been exposed to the frying process of filling since childhood and has been learning from his father. He has demonstrated his expertise as the second-generation head of Quji Food in the selection of filling materials, flavor matching, and frying techniques. After arriving in mainland China, Ruihua Food, under his leadership, stood out in the industry with its excellent product selection and outstanding taste, and received unanimous praise from colleagues in the industry!

Chu Chihjui not only has rich experience, but also is good at accepting new things. He combines more than 40 years of experience in stir frying fillings with modern food technology, dares to explore technology, and is constantly committed to the research and development of new products, bringing forth new ideas. Over the past decade, Chu Chihjui led the R&D team of Ruihua to scientifically utilize local resources and develop a series of unique domestic fillings, such as the delicious Nanyang Banlan filling, the red wine cranberry filling that caused a sensation in China, the locally tailored crab meat and scallop filling, the abalone wing filling, and the unique taste truffle and bacon filling, all of which have won the favor of the market, and their sales have occupied a large market share in the domestic market. At present, Ruihua has four major series and hundreds of products, many of which are sold both domestically and internationally. At the same time, Ruihua Food can also customize according to the needs of customers and meet their personalized needs.
